Someone once said,
It is easier to destroy than to create;
I disagree fervently!
Someone once told me to consume;
Creature comforts would make me feel good…
They lied!
Someone once called me a friend;
If that is friendship…
I would rather embrace an enemy!
Someone once said to me;
I could trust them…
History has proven otherwise!
Longing to engage my genius,
Not an ego statement…
I ponder the meaning of inner peace, as I am ripped;
Into too many pieces to count!
